Mr. Adshead began his career in 1982 as an associate in a prominent Philadelphia law firm that specialized in Estates, Trusts and Elder Law. Since then, he has helped hundreds of Executors and Trustees administer complex Estates and Trusts. He has been appointed by the Court to serve as a Fiduciary in many Estate matters. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is well versed in the latest estate planning laws and regulations. For 34 years, he has helped people write their Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and other important documents. He currently serves as an Executor, Trustee and Agent under a Power of Attorney for many clients.
